What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

The MOQ for screen printing is 24 garments for a 1-color print. Minimums go up based on the complexity of the art work and number of print locations.

The MOQ for embroidery is 12 pieces.

What are the artwork requirements before I submit my order?

Artwork for screen printing should be submitted in PNG, PSD, PDF, or AI hi-resolution files. Please have all files labeled with your brand, business, or first and last name. We are able to vectorize/adjust artwork if necessary. Standard art fees apply.

What type of blank garments do you carry?

We do not keep an inventory of blank garments. All garments are sourced specifically for your order. See our Resources Page to view our partnered wholesale vendors. Need help finding the right garments? Let us know, and we can assist!

Can I provide my own garments?

Yes. If you are able to produce garments we can print on, no further action is required. There is a slight up charge to check in/out customer supplied goods. Price varies based on quantity ordered & packaging type. For specialty garments, such as vintage pieces, signing a waiver may be required.

How big can you print my artwork?

Standard prints can be up to: 12.75w x 14.5h
Oversized prints can be up to: 15.5w x 18h
Joggers/Sleeves can be printed up to: 17 inches in length

What happens after I submit my order?

After your order is submitted, we will respond to your quote request within 24 hours. We may occasionally need additional time to respond to your request. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, please call us directly at (216)-223-8050.

We strive to provide accurate quotes as quickly as possible– any missing information in your request form may delay your quote’s arrival. If your quote looks accurate, please approve, and make payment to confirm your order. Nuclear Printing LLC. requires 100% full payment upfront.

I approved the quote. What’s next?

Now that your quote is approved, our Art Department will create mockup images for your approval. Any other artwork modifications previously discussed will be made during this step of the process. We will contact you directly via phone or email with any questions that may arise.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our turnover time is typically 10-14 business days. Your order’s estimated completion date will be noted on your initial quote.
