Our goal is to provide high quality embellished merch for your brand, business, or non-profit organization. Each order is treated as a custom project. Once an order is finalized, we carefully monitor the entire process, ensuring top quality goods, received on time.
How It Works
Request a Quote
The first simple step in our process is to request a quote. Just fill out our order form with as much info as possible. The more information we have, the faster we can get you over an accurate quote. Not sure of what blank apparel to use? Check out our suppliers. Options are nearly unlimited.
Approve and Pay
Once your request has been received by our team, we will respond promptly with a proposal containing digital mock ups of your designs, along with accurate pricing. Once you’ve had time to review your proposal, you will have the option to approve and pay the total amount. If any changes are needed, let us know and we will be happy to make them. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS UNTIL ORDER IS 100% CORRECT.
Production
Your order is now ready for production. Rest assured, the top printing shop in Cleveland is now handling your custom goods. Turn over time is typically 10-14 business days, but rush orders can sometimes be accommodated. Please let us know when you request a quote that you need a rush order. We will notify you when your order is complete and arrangements can be made for pick-up or shipping.
